10 Minute Warm Up – Do This Before Every Workout

Prepare your body with this quick 10-minute warm-up routine designed for any home or gym workout to help you move better and train stronger! 💪

This warm-up begins with simple hip hinges and stretches aimed at loosening up your hamstrings and back. Remember to maintain a straight back and a slight bend in your knees as you reach towards your toes.

Continue by performing side bends to stretch out your hips and quads, transitioning between each side to keep your muscles balanced. Following that, you’ll walk out into a plank to warm up your upper body, engaging your core as you push back into a pyramid pose to stretch your calves.

Don’t forget to include push-ups to round off your upper body workout, and take a moment to roll your shoulders and stretch out your neck to relieve tension.
