Hello everyone! I’m Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist, and I’m excited to share with you a fantastic 20-minute full-body workout that you can do at home without any jumping or special equipment!
This beginner-level workout will focus on both lower and upper body, along with abdominal exercises, each lasting for 40 seconds. You’ll have a 20-second rest in between to let your muscles recover and prepare for the next set!
If you’re aiming to increase your muscle mass while burning calories, consider adding some weight with dumbbells or kettlebells. You can gradually increase resistance using these tools for more effective results!
For those with access to pull-up bars, I highly recommend substituting some exercises with pull-ups. If you have dumbbells, incorporating dumbbell rows is also a great option for a well-rounded workout.
