This full body cardio HIIT workout is designed to burn fat and build endurance without any equipment required! 🔥 Whether you’re a beginner or looking for something more intense, Juice & Toya provide two variations of exercises – a dynamic routine led by Juice and a low impact option with Toya.

The workout consists of 12 exercises, each performed in two variations for a total of 24 exercises. Each exercise lasts 25 seconds, followed by a 5-second pause, and then a 15-second break in between exercises. After completing both sets, there’s a 60-second break to recover.
