30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Challenge [Standing Only Workout]

Looking for a FULL BODY workout that builds strength, endurance, and helps with fat loss? 🔥 This 30-minute dumbbell HIIT challenge is designed to push you to your limits!

The workout consists of 6 core exercises performed over 5 sets. You’ll start with 20 seconds of rest between each exercise, but for each successive set, the rest period will decrease by 5 seconds. The aim is to complete the workout while only resting during these scheduled breaks. Feel free to adjust your pace to maintain good form, and track your progress over time by challenging yourself every few weeks!
