Les Mills is committed to listening actively to feedback from instructors and offering a platform for sharing insights. This includes feedback from various sources, such as surveys and social media groups.
As part of the initiative, improvements in the choreography notes process are underway, enhancing quality and consistency to better assist instructors in their classes.
Additionally, a move name glossary is in development to provide clarity and ensure consistency across different programs. The aim is to prevent confusion over terminology, solidifying the language instructors use.
Lastly, feedback indicating the need for a more fitting duration for the 45-minute Body Pump class format is being addressed. Adjustments are being made to make classes more manageable for instructors with tight schedules.
The Instructor Listening Program will leverage various platforms for instructors to voice their opinions, including FitPlanet and the Les Mills Insider app. It’s an exciting development for the community, reinforcing the critical role of instructor feedback in shaping future offerings!
