The recent Women’s Empowerment Retreat was an intimate gathering hosted in a warm and inviting home. Participants began the day with intention-setting and positive affirmations, fostering an environment of connection and reflection. Each guest was welcomed with sage as a grounding ritual, creating a space for meaningful relationships and inner work.
The retreat featured a variety of enriching activities, including a guided workshop and a cooking demonstration of crispy fried oyster mushrooms. Attendees enjoyed a nourishing plant-based meal accompanied by refreshing mocktails, and took part in activities such as dancing and restorative yoga, all designed to uplift and inspire.
