It’s Boring, But It Destroys Your Body Fat In 30 Days

In this exploration of fat loss, we introduce the CPB Diet, a unique approach designed to help individuals like Max, a personal trainer, and Isabel, a Lagree coach, lose body fat without calorie counting. This diet incorporates a buffet-style meal plan focusing on linear foods: chicken breast, potatoes, broccoli, and carrots. The three rules are simple: unlimited portions of these foods, one tablespoon of olive oil per meal, and a complete avoidance of liquid calories including diet sodas and artificial sweeteners.
