Have you ever shut down your Windows laptop, only to find that the problem persists? It’s not just your imagination! 🔍 On modern versions of Windows, a ‘shut down’ doesn’t equate to a full restart. This crucial distinction is why restarting fixes bugs that shutting down doesn’t.
