Welcome to ViralShop, the official online store operated by ViralNotely (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are accepted.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with an order, please contact us before requesting a refund.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • AI tools

  • Templates

  • E-books

  • Prompt packs

  • Downloadable resources

  • Software licenses

  • Digital subscriptions

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital product sales are final.

Refunds are generally not provided once:

  • the file has been downloaded;

  • access has been granted;

  • the product has been delivered.

Exceptions may be made if:

  • you were charged multiple times;

  • you never received access due to a technical issue;

  • the product is proven to be defective or unusable.

3. Physical Products

If you purchase physical goods from ViralShop, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be unused;

  • be in its original packaging;

  • include all accessories and documentation;

  • not be damaged by misuse.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • downloadable digital products;

  • gift cards;

  • customized or personalized products;

  • products marked as final sale;

  • opened software or license keys.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • incomplete, or

  • incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the item;

  • photographs of the packaging (if applicable);

  • a brief description of the issue.

We will review the request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or a digital product has been delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns where we reasonably believe:

  • fraudulent activity has occurred;

  • the policy is being abused;

  • false claims have been made.
